01 Free trial

The 30-day trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. You are billed only after you choose a plan.

02 Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and the account stays active until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded.

03 Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, you can request a refund for the remaining full months, minus the yearly discount already applied.

04 Vehicle count adjustments

• If fewer vehicles ran routes than you paid for, the difference is credited to your next invoice.
• Vehicles added during a month are charged from the day they first run a route.
• Seasonal reductions, for example after the summer peak, can be set from the dashboard.

05 Billing errors

If you are charged in error or twice, we refund the incorrect amount in full to the original payment method.

06 How to request a refund

Write to us through the Water Desk with your business name and invoice number. We reply within two working days, and approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
