The staircase
Up the stairs with one can, down with one empty.
Delivery staff see their stops in order on a basic Android phone. They mark each delivery with an OTP or a photo, count the empties they collect and record cash or UPI. Every can given and returned lands in the Can Tracker against that customer.

What suppliers ask before they switch.
Can customers order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Customers send a message such as "2 cans, Flat 304" and the order lands in the Customer Book against the right address, joins the next route and gets a reply with the expected delivery time.
Does it track can deposits?
Yes. Each customer has a deposit record showing how many cans they hold, the deposit amount paid and any refund on closing. The Can Tracker matches this against cans given and returned on every delivery.
Do delivery staff need smartphones?
A basic Android phone is enough. The Delivery App is light, works on slow networks and stores stops offline, then syncs when the signal returns.
Does it work in Telugu and Tamil?
Yes. Delivery staff can use the app in Telugu, Tamil or English, and customer bills and WhatsApp messages can go out in the customer's language.
Can we run tankers and cans together?
Yes. Tanker Orders sits beside your can business with its own bookings, trips and payments, while customers, collections and reports stay in one account.
